I went with Scott because they had glowing reviews, and I'm glad I did. My top priority with sourcing any service business is good communication, and One Call has this in spades! Scott was super responsive and helpful the first day I reached out. He helped me determine the problem we were having over texts and photos before I even committed to hiring him for the job. I love local business owners who care that much about people, and on top of that, he's incredibly knowledgeable. His techs arrived at my house exactly as scheduled and I even received live texts from their office (not automated) informing me the moment they were dispatched. I met Jon and Frank and they were super friendly, got to work right away, and they were able to quickly solve an unexpected issue that they encountered with my equipment. These guys are top notch and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to all my friends.

One Call Electric was recommended by my neighbor, and I’m happy I chose them to hang 2 ceiling fans and a chandelier for me. They made sure all tasks were completed safely, thoroughly, and to my liking. Knowledgeable and friendly, too!

A tree fell on my service drop and took down my meter can and service mast. One Call Electric was able to come out 2 days after my power was turned off and had my power back on by the afternoon. I was very happy that Scott was willing to work with me to do some upgrades I had planned at the same time that will allow me more flexibility for future remodeling. The price seemed reasonable to me based on the scope of work & considering the quick turnaround.

I have used One Call electric multiple times in my current and previous homes. They have replaced ceiling fans, light fixtures, and can lights. They have installed new can lights, switches (dimmers and regular) and have relocated switches when we extended a wall. I have been exceptionally pleased with their communication, responsiveness to quote requests and professionalism! I've had a few of their technicians come and each and everyone have been very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable!

Fantastic company, prompt, professional and meticulous. They took the time to explain to me everything that was happening and what to expect. They install the panel and generator plug in my garage just in time for a big storm to make sure we would have power and heat. Can’t thank Scotty, Jon and the crew enough!
